Dear Dr. Caputo,
This is a belated, but heartfelt acknowledgment of the compassion and patience you have shown our developmentally disabled daughter Jennifer. Dental situations can be a difficult and traumatic time for many D.D. folks and their families. Your demeanor, along with our dentist, Dr. Ayers, made for a truly positive time for us and our daughter. Many thanks to you for your dedication and assistance on behalf of all the D.D. people who have the good fortune to be your patients.
